Penn Station Athlete Of The Month For November, 2019: Jaiden Cameron

Congratulations to Jaiden Cameron, the Penn Station Athlete of the Month for November, 2019!

Jaiden attends Northmont High School in Clayton and has a 3.581 GPA. Jaiden is the son of his role model, Monet Moore and is a 3-star athlete who is frequently on the Honor Roll. Jaiden notes that “Beyond Championships” by Dru Joyce II is his favorite book.

Jaiden plans to attend Northwestern University where he will continue his football career while earning a degree in bio-medical engineering. Jaiden said, “I have met people and doors have been opened for me that might not have been if I didn’t play sports. When I was little, I was very intrigued by watching the game and I love to help my team achieve success.”

Athletic Director Micah Harding said,”Jaiden is one of the best young men you will ever meet. He is not only a great football player, but a great student and an even better young man. It has been a pleasure to see him develop as a person and student athlete. He is an exciting player to watch on the field, and we look forward to watching him at Northwestern in college.”

Northmont Coach Tony Broering said, “Jaiden Cameron is an outstanding young man. He is an exemplary student who epitomizes the ThuderBolt way. He is a student first, with his academic achievements as his primary goal. He displays high character, tremendous work ethic, and a TEAM first attitude. We are very proud of his many accomplishments.”

Jaiden looks up to LeBron James as a sports role model and is on the Student Athlete Leadership Team.
