Penn Station Athlete Of The Month For April, 2019 – Duncan Hall
Congratulations to Duncan Hall of Miamisburg High School, the Penn Station Athlete of the Month for April 2019!
Duncan is the son of Jason and Jodi Hall and brother of Dane Hall. Duncan plays both baseball and basketball and carries a 3.9 G.P.A. Duncan said that his parents have been his role models while his sports role model is Chris Sale.
According to Duncan, “My greatest achievement so far has been earning a baseball scholarship to the University of Louisville. I plan to attend the University of Louisville to play baseball and major in Sports Management or Education. I loved watching and playing both baseball and basketball since I was little.”
Miamisburg Principal Michael Black said “Duncan is an excellent student-athlete. His great character is on display every day at our high school by the way he acts and how he treats all students with kindness.”
Basketball Coach Tim Fries said “Duncan was a four-year starter for Miamisburg High School. He was one of the top rebounders and shot blockers in school history, and he is a great human being. We’re going to miss him.”
Baseball Coach Steve Kurtz added “Duncan is a great young man and teammate. His approach to the game and his work ethic allows Duncan to excel in everything he does.”
Duncan enjoys the “Dagwood” at the Dayton Mall Penn Station Restaurant. He’s also involved in the National Honor Society and IMPACT.
Congratulations, Duncan from all of us for being the Penn Station Athlete of the Month!
